On the morning of November 18, the 11th 'Huang Da-Mundell Prize in Economics' award ceremony and 'Macro Policy Space for China's Sustained Economic Growth' academic seminar co-sponsored by the China Center for Fiscal and Financial Policy Research and the School of Finance and Finance of Renmin University of China was held in Renmin University of China. Mr. Zhou Chengjun, Director of the Institute of Finance and Finance of the People's Bank of China and Editor-in-Chief of Financial Research; Professor Yang Zhiyong, Editor-in-Chief of China Social Sciences Press and Director of the Center for Fiscal and Tax Research of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences; Professor Zhang Bin, Deputy Director and Secretary General of the Center for Fiscal and Tax Research of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences; Associate Professor Xie Danxia, Institute of Social Sciences of Tsinghua University; Prof. Zhuang Yumin, Dean of School of Finance and Finance, Prof. Zhang Chengsi, Vice Dean of School of Finance and Finance, Prof. Song Ke, Deputy Director of the Academic Affairs Office of Renmin University of China, Prof. Deng Hui, Deputy Party Secretary of School of Finance and Finance of Renmin University of China, and Prof. Zhang Jing and Prof. Wang Chenxi, key teachers of School of Finance and Finance of Renmin University of China were invited to attend the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Professor Qu Qiang, Director of China Financial Policy Research Center.
Qu Qiang, on behalf of the organizers of the conference, congratulated the winners of the 11th 'Huang Da-Mundell Economics Prize'. He pointed out that the 'Huang Da-Mundell Prize in Economics' is A nationally important academic award created in December 2002, jointly named by Professor Robert A. Mundell, the 'father of the Euro' who won the Nobel Prize in Economics in 1999, and Professor Huang Da, a famous Chinese economist, honorary president of the Chinese Finance Society and former president of Renmin University of China. In the past ten times of selection, 35 young talents from famous domestic universities and research institutes have won the award, many of which have won the National Outstanding doctoral dissertation award and other national important awards. Over the past 20 years, the 'Huang Da-Mundell Economics Prize' has been committed to expanding the depth and breadth of economic theoretical research, adhering to the academic tradition of 'inclusiveness, rigorous and realistic', and has found a large number of young scholars with a broad vision, forge ahead and devote themselves to academics, and made due contributions to the cause of China's economic reform and development, as well as the teaching and research of Chinese economics.
Zhuang Yumin read out the list of winners and award speeches, and presented awards to the winners and their mentors. Cao Jing from the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) won the 11th 'Yellow' award for her doctoral thesis 'Mechanism and Effect Research on the Transformation of Local Government Financing Patterns in China', Sun Yuchen from Renmin University of China (Research on the Macroeconomic Perception of Enterprises and the Effectiveness of Monetary Policy ', and Zhang Longtian from Tsinghua University (Research on the Role of Data Factors and Data Privacy Protection in Long-term Economic Growth ') Da Mundell Prize in Economics '. The three laureates, Professor Yang Zhiyong, Professor Zhang Chengsi and Associate Professor Xie Danxia, won the Honorary Tutor Award of the 11th Huang Da-Mundell Economics Prize.
